An intimate wine dinner inspired by Italy’s breathtaking diversity — from cool alpine vineyards to sun-drenched southern shores, with a few central gems in between.
Chef Fabrizio has crafted a five-course menu designed to explore Italy through flavour and place. Each course will be paired with two Italian wines from different regions, poured side by side to discover harmony, contrast and character.
Hosted by John Kirwan and his gorgeous famiglia, the evening will be rich with stories — of the land, traditions and the families who shape them to produce world class wines.
