Our friend Roberta Liberini is travelling from Bologna to share the art of handmade pasta with us.

Join Roberta for a hands-on workshop where you’ll make your own dough and learn to roll, cut and shape pasta by hand, using the traditional techniques of Bologna.

While the dough rests, we’ll pause for an aperitivo — a glass of wine or bubbles and a light snack, then it’s back to the workbench to continue making pasta and discover a few of Roberta’s secrets along the way.
